We endeavour to deliver your wonderful purchases as swiftly as possible. They’ll arrive by post, and a signature will normally be required. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and are fully insured and tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for the shipment.
We cannot send to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.

Mizu Collection are unable to amend any order details, including the delivery address, once the order has been placed, therefore please take care when entering your details. If there is no one available when delivery is attempted, a card will be left advising how to arrange redelivery or where you can pick up your shipment.
The cost of local sales taxes and import duties are calculated and displayed at checkout and will be included in the purchase price. Mizu Collection are unable to offer a United Kingdom VAT refund.
Mizu Collection cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge additional duties or taxes. The purchaser is responsible for paying these charges.
