We hope it’s love at first sight. But if not, we’ll refund or replace full price itmes free of charge within 30 days and all sale items that reach us within 14 days of the original delivery date. If you return an item outside of the 30-day returns period, we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card, which we will email to you.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the purchaser to cover the cost of the return shipment to the UK.
Mizu Collection cannot be held responsible or liable if returned products are lost or misdirected in transit. In order to make sure your return reaches us safely, we strongly advise you to use an insured and tracked service.
We are unable to accept returned full price products that reach us more than 30 days after the original delivery date, or sale products that reach us more than 14 days after the original delivery date. To ensure that we can process your return(s) swiftly, please ensure that all products are returned in their original condition and packaging.

We take great pride in providing luxury products of the highest quality, and work hard to make sure that these are beautifully wrapped and carefully packaged when they reach you.
Please pay special attention to the packing of any candles, diffusers and home fragrances. When despatched, we rigorously pack our products in such a way that it does not crack/break during transit – we kindly ask that you do the same when returning the item to us, as we will not be able to issue a refund on damaged items.
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return.
You will be notified via email as soon as your return has been processed. To check whether your item has been delivered to us, please use the tracking options provided by your chosen delivery service.
Our friendly Customer Service team will always do their best to process all refunds swiftly. We will issue a refund for the full amount paid for the products (excluding shipping charges) within 7 days of Mizu Collection receiving, inspecting and approving the returned products.
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original payment method. Mizu Collection cannot guarantee how long it will take for a refund to show on your account, as this is controlled by the card issuer.
From 1st January 2021, returns from EU countries will be subject to UK VAT (20%) for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customers will now be required to complete customs declarations to import the goods into the UK. In addition, import duty may be payable on goods valued over £135. EU customers will continue to be responsible for paying carrier costs as per the existing returns process.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
